Delivery & Returns
At Ticketyboo Home Fragrance, we always aim to provide you with your beautiful products as quickly as possible. All of our scented products are handmade and poured in-house, sometimes this might mean delivery may take a little longer than expected. We pride ourselves on our customer service and the quality of our product.
In the unlikely event that an issue arises, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will resolve them as quickly and effectively as possible. Customer satisfaction is of upmost importance to us.
As our products are handmade please allow 3-5 working days for these to be made and then despatched. Where possible, and when items are readily available, your order may be fulfilled sooner than advised.
All orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked postage.
In the unlikely event that you are not happy with any product that you’ve received, we are happy to offer a refund for the cost of the item, provided this is returned in perfect condition. Please email us to start the return. Please note that we are unable to cover the cost of the return shipping, we do recommend a tracked or signed for return.

LOST OR DAMAGED
All items shipped are wrapped and packaged carefully. However, occasionally items can be lost or damaged in transit, which is unfortunately out of our hands. In the event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us via our email with images of the damaged item, as soon as you receive the order. We will then reply to you with options.
In the event that your items have not arrived after 7 working days from shipped date please contact us via email.
